The Heritage Ventures Inc. team together at an El Paso team event

Our Team

The room behind the results.

Leadership, departments and the fun team environment that makes El Paso’s early mornings worth it. Scroll down for the gallery.

Leadership

Led by someone who did the job first.

Our leadership came up through the same track we offer today — which is why the standard on the floor is never theoretical.

Office of the CEO

Our CEO built Heritage Ventures Inc. around a single conviction: if you develop people properly, the results follow. That means training standards are set from the top, promotions are earned in the field, and leadership still spends time on the warehouse floor with the team.

The office of the CEO oversees retail partnerships, the development track and the culture that holds them together — and keeps the door open to every representative on the team.

Develop the person and the numbers take care of themselves. Chase the numbers alone and you get neither.

Departments

Four functions, one bench.

Everyone starts on the floor. Where you go next depends on what you are good at — and what you want.

Dept 01

Retail Representation

The front line inside Costco: member conversations, product guidance and the day-to-day standard our partners judge us on.

Dept 02

Training & Development

Morning meetings, role-play, shadow days and one-on-one coaching. Our trainers are promoted representatives, not outside hires.

Dept 03

Recruiting

Finding driven young professionals across El Paso, running interviews and making sure new teammates are set up to win in week one.

Dept 04

Administration

Scheduling, compliance, reporting and partner communication — the quiet operational work that keeps the floor running.

Team Environment

What a week actually looks like.

Structured mornings, competitive days, and a team that celebrates the wins out loud.

  1. Mornings together

The day opens with the whole team: goals, product updates, role-play and recognition for whoever raised the bar yesterday.

  2. Field time with a mentor

You are on the floor with someone who has done it before — observing, practising and getting feedback the same day.

  3. Friendly competition

Team-versus-team contests, milestone boards and rewards for the people pushing the standard forward.

  4. Team nights

Dinners, pool, bowling and celebrations when someone gets promoted. The reason people describe this place as a second family.
